Ordering: WEB Products provides two convenient ways to order - online or via phone. Online payments are credit card only payments. Orders placed online occur under a secure connection - Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Shipping: Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $99.  Orders over $99 receive free shipping.  Flat rate shipping prices and free shipping are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only.  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (our option). Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed. 

Expedited shipping via UPS is offered to orders shipping within the Contiguous United States only.  Costs of expedited shipping will be calculated and offered at time of checkout.  UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.  If you choose an expedited UPS shipping option, you must enter a physical shipping address.  WEB Products cannot guarantee expedited shipping if a PO Box is used.  Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will on the following business day.

Non-Contiguous United States orders shipping to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO and all other US territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders will incur additional freight charges that will be added to the order at time of checkout and charged to the Customer's credit card on record. International orders are only guaranteed to the point of shipment therefore damages, product defects, or other situations are the responsibility of the Customer. 

Canadian and all other International orders will incur an additional freight charge that will be added to the order at time of checkout and charged to the Customer's credit card on record. Canadian and other International orders are normally shipped via Priority Mail International (USPS). The Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes (including Government Sales Tax), brokerage fees, and disbursement fees. Please check with the proper governmental agency for an estimate of these fees. If a package is refused please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge or the cost to bring the shipment back to WEB Products

Shipping Times: 
Unless otherwise noted on our web site, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 48 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be considered placed on the following business day. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 3 to 5 days within the contiguous United States. 

WEB Products attempts to ship all orders as soon as possible. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit. 

Shipping Changes: 
WEB Products is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, WEB Products is not responsible.


Custom Orders: There are no returns/refunds on custom filter orders. CAUTION: Most air filters are stamped with a size that is NOT the actual dimension of the filter. Example: A 16x25 filter typically measures 15 5/8 x 24 5/8. Please MEASURE your current air filter in order to get the exact dimensions.
